Shipping policy

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This allows for enough time for the product to get to you before the weekend to hopefully avoid any weekend delays.

Orders containing any perishable products are shipped overnight, 2nd day air, or 2-3 day ground. Your location from us and the UPS shipping times from our locations determines the shipping options available to you at checkout. Some states do have a ground shipping option given the distance from our farm. If you choose the ground shipping option and the package does not arrive in 1-3 days, we are not liable for the potential product damages. If you choose 2nd day air or overnight and your product does not arrive in the guaranteed time frame, please email jena@doubleofarms.com for a replacement order.

Shipping fees are live rates in which you pay exactly what UPS charges given the weight and size of your order.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are only able to ship to the United States. International packages can be held in customs for an undetermined amount of time which would not allow for safe arrival of perishable products to foreign countries. 

Orders containing non perishable products are shipped via USPS priority mail.
