Do to the perishable nature of our product, we are not able to accept any returns. However, we do believe in customer satisfaction and if you are not 100% pleased with your beef order, please email hello@goodlifebeefne.com.
Although we try to plan around weather and holidays for shipping our perishable products, we realize that sometimes delays are unavoidable.
