THE INFAMOUS BRATS! Y'all, this was a TWO year process trying to find a processor that would make brats using OUR beef and OUR recipe and we are SO HAPPY that they are finally here!!! These brats are FRESH and therefore need to be cooked before consuming.
Levi spent countless hours trialing and refining this recipe and it is something we are SO proud of!!
Made with our homegrown, dry aged beef as the main ingredient and a recipe the WHOLE family will enjoy!
A note about shipping: beef brats are frozen and will ship on dry ice like the other frozen beef products. Remember that filling a box with 15+ lbs of meat is the most bang for your buck!
Do you use hormones & antibiotics?
Our cattle are never given growth hormones. We don’t routinely use antibiotics, but if an animal does get sick, we believe it’s our responsibility to treat it humanely. Those beef would be safe to consume after the proper withdrawal period, but we do ensure that beef is removed from our direct-to-consumer program.
How is the beef packaged and shipped?
Every cut is vacuum-sealed for freshness, labeled, and flash-frozen before shipping. We pack your order in an insulated box with dry ice so it arrives frozen and ready for your freezer.

Yes! We proudly ship to all 50 states, directly from our Nebraska farm to your doorstep. Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.
